*When you sign up for your account, or if you need a replacement card, you have the option of receiving an Instant Issue Debit Card – that means instant access to your funds! Your permanent card will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. If you need a replacement card, call or stop by your favorite branch. There is a $10 replacement fee. If your card is lost or stolen, please call (830) 792-1950 during business hours (9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday), or call (800) 500-1044 if outside of business hours.
